PuzzleWhere ("we", "us") runs puzzlewhere.com. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Order information. When you buy a shirt, checkout is handled by Shopify. Shopify collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details. We never see or store your full payment card information.
• Puzzle activity. When you reveal a hint or a solution, or answer the solve survey, we store an anonymous record of that attempt so we can show a solve rate. It is not tied to your name or email.
• Idea submissions. If you send us a puzzle idea, we store what you type plus any contact details you choose to give, and we email a copy to ourselves.

How we use it

To fulfil and support your order, to run the puzzle pages and solve statistics, and to reply to you. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Shopify — store, checkout and payments.
• Printify and its print partners — printing and shipping your order.
• Our hosting and email providers — running the site and sending notifications.

Cookies

We use local browser storage to remember your bag between visits. Shopify sets its own cookies during checkout.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@puzzlewhere.com and we'll take care of it.
