By using puzzlewhere.com or ordering from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Orders and payment
Checkout is processed by Shopify. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude shipping and any taxes or duties unless stated. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or cannot be shipped to your address.
Products
Shirts are printed to order through Printify. Mockup images are representative; print placement and fabric colour may vary slightly between garments.
Puzzles and content
The puzzles, artwork, logos and text on this site belong to PuzzleWhere unless credited otherwise. You may not reproduce our designs on merchandise for sale. Solving, sharing and arguing about the puzzles themselves is entirely encouraged.
Submitted ideas
If you send us a puzzle idea, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, adapt and print it. We're not obliged to use it, and we can't guarantee compensation or attribution unless we agree that with you in writing.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site, and don't submit unlawful or abusive content.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
