Shipping & Returns

Every PuzzleWhere tee is printed for you after you order, through Printify. That keeps the catalogue wide and the waste low, but it means timings differ from stock-and-ship stores.
Production and delivery
- Production: typically 2–5 business days.
- Shipping: typically 3–8 business days in the US, longer internationally.
- You'll get a tracking email from Shopify as soon as the order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties or taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — you don't need to ship anything back.
Wrong size or change of mind
Because each shirt is made to order, we can't accept general returns. Please check the size guide before ordering. If a size is badly off, contact us anyway — we'd rather sort it out than have a shirt sit unworn.
Lost in transit
If tracking stalls or the parcel doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship or refund.
Cancellations
We can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it enters production. Email us as soon as you can.
